I think some of the 1 star comment is so unfair. Dr Rose and all their staff has been nothing but amazing to taking care of all my 3 kids with their dental needs. They are busy because they are great. Wouldn't you want the best for your children? They make the dental visit fun for my kids and my kids actually look forward to their check ups. Thank you Dr Rose and all your staff!!

My daughter loves this practice, from the doctor to staff, the sunglasses, the movies, the treasure box - she can't wait to go to her semi annual checkup!

Dr. Rose is very patient with my very anxious daughter. She's the only dentist she'll trust. I am willing to travel a longer distance so that my daughter is at ease there.

They over book appointments and have too many patients. It is very hard to get an appt at the time frame and day you choose. They also forget to call you back when you leave a message so you need to follow up a few times with them. The office always has an excuse.
The staff is a hit or miss but the dentist Dr Chay is great with kids and does a good job. While the office decor is very cute and the place is clean I chose to take my child to another practice because of the carelessness by some of

The office is way to busy to accept new patients. The appointments are hard to make and the overall goal is to get the most out of your insurance.
