Totally traumatized and disfigured for life. Experience began in 2/12. Needed to find a new dentist since moving in 2009. Had missed a year of hygiene and needed crowns if and when able. Had dental insurance until month end. Busy. Made appointment with him based on a card in the mail advertising hundred dollar exams. Knew the Avon address would be easy to find. Lovely office in Rochester with great views of a river and wildlife. Less professional than most dentists. About $ not care.
