My treatment started out great, but I get more frustrated every time I have to go back. Have had a very bad experience with one particular staff member. She's appears to know it all and doesn't listen. My treatment started over a year ago and should have been completed by 6 months or so, but still dealing with issues. Now starting over again!!

I don't have much of a lower jaw bone, so it makes it difficult to make my dentures comfortable, so I've had a lot of appointments with this office, but every time i show up, I'm treated the same great way as my first appointappointment.
