I received exceptional service from EVERYONE in the office and during the procedure. Root canals are a scary thing, so when I suspected I needed one there was a bit of anxiety. Everyone in the office was very personable and did everything to make me feel comfortable. Everything was explained thoroughly by Dr. Jack, prior to the procedure and during the procedure. I appreciated the play by play and the care that was given. I had heard of the pain of a root canal. Dr. Jack told me that YES, I would be in pain and likely it would peak on day 2. Prior to the root canal I had taken a lot of ibuprofen the day before...a lot. After the root canal...and maybe I'm just one of the lucky ones...but I had relatively no pain. Not even one ibuprofen was required. I feel very fortunate to have gotten the care I received at Apex Endodontics. I thought I would be in pain until the following week, but they took me mid-day on Fri and I was able enjoy my weekend pain free. Thank YOU!!!

Root Canal? This is “THE” place to go. Dr. Jack: no pain! listens, talented - actually gifted!I interacted with Receptionists, Cheryl, Kristina, Richelle and Angelina. Angelina might be a technician that fills in when the others are taken away to help others and Richelle a dental technician; also Dr. Jack and his technicians that assisted with my root canal. ”ALL” kind, thoughtful helpful and professional. It felt like family. They were there for me. I was instantly relaxed, assured and optimistic.My root canal was done in one day. I can’t believe I want to go back just to see these people again.Good luck with your dental needs.

I was referred to Dr. Jack for a minor endodontic surgery. He was very gentle & informative throughout the procedure. His follow-up visit was just as thorough. The office staff is very professional & warm.

I saw Dr. Jack for an abscess under my tooth. He did a fantastically expert job of diagnosing my problem, using high-tech, three dimensional, x-ray imagery, microscope observation and direct examination. His assessment was substantionaly superior to that of two good dentists I saw before him. He displayed high integrity by recommending treatment that a different type of dentist would have to do. His assessment was crystal clear. I highly recommend him for endodontic and related evaluations.
