Dr. Ryan Lebster, DDS

Waited 40 minutes for a rushed 20 minute cleaning and exam that cost 48% more than is customary for this area. Office is closed on Fridays and many weeks during the year (I needed urgent care during their 'spring break' week off and had to wait until they all came back - they just care more about making the most money for the least service).

Terrible experience trying to get in to see Dr. Lebster. I made my appt. about 2 was ago, articulating my discomfort & need for an abstraction. When asked if I had any Covid symptoms, I said “No” but made it clear that I did have Covid in Oct. At my appt this morning I was told I could not be seen as my sense of taste has not returned. The lady at the front desk said this was “per the Dentists discretion.” I do understand this policy, but that should have been made very clear prior to my arrival. We have jobs to juggle & arrangements to be made for child care. More importantly, it is an urgent issue I wanted taken care of before the holidays. My taste buds have been off since recovering from Covid, and I was honest & forthcoming. It is not a symptom for me, it is a side effect that is well documented. If the office does not wish to see anyone who lacks sense of taste, by all means, inform them they need to make an appt elsewhere. Discretion should not lack common sense & consideration.

My experience with Dr. Lebster was VERY unsatisfactory. He has a negative personality which overshadowed his skill. When I had a cleaning he was Too busy to see me and I always had to wait to even get that done.

Staff is very friendly yet professional, much like the Dr.'s. Clearly the employees are carefully selected as they seem to have the same kind of skills and abilities. I have referred 2 patients since my first visit- both equally as satisfied as I.
