Broken tooth repair
I recently broke a tooth and went to Park Dental for treatment My regular dentist was not available for a week so I saw Dr. Lindner. Doing the examination he determined I would need a crown. I have had a few crowns before and I thought the work Dr. Lindner did preparing my tooth for the crown was excellent. He was very professional, proficient and courteous. The procedure had the least discomfort and pain of all my previous crown procedures. The dental technician was also excellent. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. She kept me informed of what she was doing during the procedure and made sure the temporary crown she prepared for me was comfortable and a good fit. They worked well together on my procedure.

Awful Bedside Manner
The assistant was everything you’d hope for in a dental professional- Dr Lindner is everything a dental professional should NOT be. He is rude, arrogant, and dismissive of any of your concerns or anxieties. My dental fears came second to his discussion about vacations. When I had the audacity to flinch at the needle, he said “oh come on, I have kids that say they don’t feel that” and proceeded to lecture me on how I could be doing a better job. This man should lose his.

My 7 year old son has always gotten anxious during routine procedures. He feels much more calm if someone is holding his hand. Dr. Lindner does not like that. I've talked to several people and they've also recognized this as well. I felt it one of the first few times we saw Dr. Linder but the last time was when I decided that enough is enough. We had been going to that office for years, but I took my son that day and we left the dentist's office. We will never go back to see him again. I took a lot of time to cool off before I wrote this review because I was furious when it happened. Do not go see him if you or anyone you know likes to be calmed during your procedures.

Unacceptable treatment. Rude and condescending. Doesn't care about families having a good experience at the dentist. Wish we could have just worked with the hygienist the entire time instead. Not returning.
