He might be a good dentist but his receptionists suck! I have never had a good experience with them. They sound like they don't know what they're doing and have no idea how to handle a problem. Also, when you are told that you will be put on the 'wait list' that's a LIE.. I've experienced it many times and do has my mom.. Which is why I decided to switch out :) the best part is when I asked to speak to whoever is in charge I was told the dentist doesn't handle that stuff.. Haha.

- Explained conditions well
- Appointment wasn't rushed
- Trusted the provider's decisions
What could be improved
- Office environment
- Difficult to schedule appointment
- Staff wasn't friendly
