Dr. Saba Jangda, DDS

Dr. Saba Jangda was unprofessional, incompetent and grossly negligent in her care. At my initial appointment she missed the fact that I needed 2 root canals rather than one. Upon my return a few days later with 10/10 pain and hot, firm swelling in my face, she was visibly irritated with me, refusing to acknowledge the possibility of a failed RCT or a potential need for a 2nd procedure. She refused to even examine me, and openly blamed me for my pain, saying it was caused only by me not getting taking Prednisone (which no one had explained the importance of prior). She was incredibly dismissive, treating me with hostility, defensiveness and contempt. I was extremely unnerved by this bizarre and traumatic experience and hope this is not the typical standard of care at Triangle Family Dentistry. I do appreciate the full refund I received after the truly inexcusable experience I had with Dr. Jangda.
