Dr. Hanciles is great! She’s personable and quick! She makes you feel like a friend not just a patient! She explained the whole procedure to me and answered all my questions before starting! I really like Dr. Hanciles because she listens, is calm and reassuring and you can feel how careful and exacting she is when working in your mouth. She updated me from time to time while she was in the process of working on my onlay which is really nice. Highly recommend her!

Dr Hanciles told me I needed almost $17,000 worth of dental work (nearly $7,000 out of pocket) including eight crowns with "buildups", four gingivectomies, and a "deep" cleaning". I got a second opinion from a reputable dentist my coworker recommended. Turns out I only have one small cavity plus a small chip on one of my teeth (which they can repair without a crown), and I only need a routine cleaning. My cost for this will be approximately $150, not $7,000! She is not reputable or ethical!
