Doctor Alborz is one of the most caring and knowledgeable dentists I ever know. One of my tooth had a major problem during pregnancy and he did a fantastic job taking care of it so I don't lose it. His staff, Pam treated me with so much care and kindness. ??

I was referred to Tennessee Microendodontics for evaluation and treatment of a fractured tooth. From the very first call, the staff was exceptionally helpful, professional, and personal. Dr Alborz was prompt, efficient, and careful to explain everything relevant to my needs. His concern for comfort and effective treatment was evident throughout the procedure. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to everyone.

I was referred to this provider by my main dentist. I was told that he was in network with my insurance and not to worry. I've never had a root canal so I was nervous already. First initial visit was fine, took my X-rays, went over payment info, no big thing. I paid $1061 at that visit. Keep in mind, I had never used my dental insurance for something that big before so I wasn't sure what my part of payment was going to be. Fast forward, procedure is done, insurance is billed, I get my EOB. My part that I should have paid out of pocket was roughly $405. I had overpaid. No big deal... Or so I thought. I have been fighting with this office since November, it's now May. First, they tried to tell me they weren't contracted with my insurance... Lie. Then it turned into something was wrong with the pay schedule. Claims were resubmitted and nothing changed... They refunded me $200 dollars of the $656 difference saying that was what I was due. $1061-$405=not $200. Be aware.

I was referred to Dr Alborz by my dentist for a re-treatment of a previous root canal. I had an infection and was really concerned. Dr Alborz and his staff were attentive, kind and helpful and Dr Alborz was able to save my tooth. The procedure itself was pain free as he had promised. The instructions he gave me were very complete, I was given ibuprofen before I left the office and encouraged to call the office with any problems. I also got a follow up call from the office to check on me.

I recently had a root canal. Dr. Alborz and his team were awesome from start to finish. I highly recommend Dr. Alborz.

Had a root canal done. Unbelievably, no pain!! His name should be Dr Awesome! The staff is super nice too, and their music ?? selection is excellent?? Highly recommended ??

I was scared to have a root canal. I've heard terrible root canal stories. This place did a wonderful job. Pamela up front is the sweetest. He did a great job on my root canal. I felt nothing and afterwards i was waiting for the pain to hit. I never had any pain or discomfort afterwards. I highly recommend coming here if you have any dental needs.
