Intentional substandard treatment
Worst dentist ever. Dr. Riad will damage your teeth in one visit, double charge your insurance, and intentionally provide substandard treatment to make you come again. Their office staff are liar, extremely rude, and do not provide right information about your network status. Even if they are in network with your insurance, they will charge you out of network price. I had seven filling in 2 office visits. All of them needed to be refilled/retreated because of Dr. Riad's negligence. Stay away from this Dr. and his office.

Will damage your teeth – Aug 15, 2023

Don’t do it
Visited dr Riga’s,many times. He has done severe damage to my teeth, and take less no responsibility. His goal is to make sure you have to pay out even after insurance. They have “add ins” that are not covered, that according to any insurance, are necessary parts of the procedure and should not be separated. I was in pain for months, dr did not even look in my mouth and town me I need two crows….and I that I chipped my own tooth, not his garbage fillings falling out. Gaps and holes in the fillings, literally popping out non stop. 2nd and 3rd opinions recognized this doctor, and told me the amount of work he wanted to perform on me was not necessary. He will walk away from you while you are talking, they will dispose of X-rays and not forward them to your next dr. They will use up all of your insurance allotments (full pano scans, etc) and not tell you, simply so they can bill behind your back. Awful customer service, even worse dentist and owner. At your own risk.

I have been going to Dr. Riad for a long time and highly recommend his services. He is friendly and more importantly, a talented professional, dedicated to exemplary service. His off-hours accessibility is a superb feature of his business practice. If I could give 6-stars, I would!

They trick you into paying and screw you over on bills. One visit, they fix cavities but don't fill them properly. So when they come out months later you have to go back. They admit their mistake and fix it to then charge you again to fix their mistake. After you tell them this and tell them it is not fair, they agree but don't take the charge away. Another time they want to fix a tooth they already worked on. You tell them no based on what happened last time so they tell you they won't charge you. Then, while working on that tooth they notice something else and charge you for that instead. Even though you would not have had them work on anything and they didn't tell you they were doing that or ask permission. Makes you think if they are really fixing your cavities or if they are partially doing to so that they can fix it later and charge you twice.
