Excellent interpersonal skills; strong office
My dentist in Washington, DC recommended I get my fistula examined while in Michigan. The office was very efficient and professional Dr. Alias did an excellent job in the examination as well as explaining to me what I had, why I had to have a root canal and making a referral. I'm in my 60's now and barely have a cavity and was shocked to learn I had to have to a root canal. Dr. Alias' excellent communication skills helped me to understand and accept the situation as well as make timely plans for the root canal and crown.
