Dr. Sara Barsness, DDS

My procedure was a complicated one and I was very nervous I would lose my tooth. Both the Dr. and her assistant gave me a lot of information, great care, and took a lot of time to get it right. I didn't feel rushed and was comfortable despite my nervousness.

Procedure was explained in detail and each step was explained as the process continued. My concerns were addressed immediately (very few concerns). Equipment appeared to be state-of-the-art, office was clean and sanitary, support staff were pleasant.

I can't say enough about the professionalism and personal courtesy that Dr. Barsness showed toward me this week as I had my first root canal. From explaining everything and answering my questions, to caring about my comfort and sitting and visiting with me after the procedure until I felt well enough to leave after the nitrous, she was someone I would recommend highly to anyone who is dreading an endodontic procedure. Her assistant, Michelle, was also very kind and caring. They worked well together. Thank you for soothing my fears and making this a better experience than I'd expected!

A doctor is often times only as good as their support staff. While Dr. Barsness did an acceptable job on the root canal, her office staff (Hailey) lacks knowledge in scheduling, office protocol and her estimates are not close to accurate. You schedule the appointment and are given one price and then when the quoted work is done your bill is over $100 higher. With other providers out there, you're best going elsewhere due to the lack of knowledge of Dr. Barsness' office staff.
