Office management
Dr. Emery does excellent work. Getting to her without appointment canceling/shifting or remotely on time is absurd. Happy to wait for unforeseen patient issues but over an hour or more is not uncommon. This office in West Austin is failing this patient routinely and they are utterly unapologetic about it. Every time. If I didn’t need Dr. Emery’s incredible skills I would certainly find another practice.
