I went to get my daughter’s cavity fille. While being there at Topaz Dentistry. I watched be rude and unprofessional with her assistance, rolling her eyes and having a rude attitude. I can tell she was as rushing. She lays my daughter back and proceeds to apply numbing medication, which mind you she did NOT let it work she just rubbed it on her gums and stuck the needle in my 7 year olds gums. Literally did not even wait a min or 2 to let the numbing medication to work. My daughter is laying there screaming, crying, almost about to pass out. I tell her to stop and she didn’t let the her medicine work to please wait 5-10 min because my child can still feel that area. She responded with “am I the doctor or you ???” I was shocked and told her excuse me? My mom was a dental asst for years I know how the medication works if used in a timely manner. She laughed at me and said “ HA medical assistant”. I then refused her service. It won’t let me write more.. but WORSE EXPERIENCE ON MY 7 yo
