Friendly attentive staff. Thorough explanations of everything and kind calm demeanor. I always feel comfortable coming to this dentist and that has not been typical over my years of visiting the dentist.

While I was waiting in the chair a dental hygienist was speaking very loudly throughout the whole office complaining about the secretaries up front not doing their jobs right and the other small minded drama in her life. The actual appointment with the dentist was not that great but was definitely made unbearable by the hygienist. The dentist kept changing his mind about what he could do for my tooth. This confused me greatly and I was trying to understand why he was recommending different options then taking them back without really explaining. Then the same loud lady came into the room frustrated by me trying to ask him more questions. She was never even asked to come into the room. She was clearly still upset about all of her other self inflicted drama and was trying to take it out on anyone else. She wasn’t even the hygienist working on me. The front end staff was really nice though. I will never go back there and will strongly recommend anyone else going there.

My father is travelling from overseas and has acute toothache and swelling. I called Dr. Dhami's office and luckily they were able to accommodate to see him in 1 hour. The staff were friendly and the doctor took the time to explain possible treatment options. For a cash patient, the charges were very reasonable, and they even offered senior discount which was much appreciated. Overall, it was a great dental experience.
