Dr. Scott Lampert, DMD

Dr Lampert is now at Bright Now Dental Clearwater BND did our dental work in 2014 and it was shabby! Turns out it has to be re-done! Found out yesterday a crown shouldn't have been done at all...it needed a root canal first!! It's a CORPORATE CLINIC set up with quotas and commissions! Quality of care is not a priority! They ADMIT the work done in 2014 should not have been done but do NOT stand behind it! I had an appointment yesterday with Dr. Scott Lampert. Dr Lampert looked at my x rays and said the previous dentist Dr Wilson of Bright Now Dental should not have put a post and crown on #8 in 2014. (Front tooth) Dr Lampert would not help me. I complained to corporate and General Manager Elkin G. called me and said he was sorry but there is nothing he can do. After they get paid they don't care. Spend a little more and see a general dentist. You will get quality of care and peace of mind. Avoid the pain, additional cost and aggravation we are subject to now.

Went to this office today for my regular cleaning because my husband complain that I have bad breath, after Dr Lampert review my Xrays he said that I have deep pockets and that why I was having bad breath , because of gum disease .He is the only dentist that is honest and explain to me in detail about the treatment that I needed . I asked if I could have the treatment done today and it was a little on the expensive side , but I would prefer to spend the money and have a healthy life style .

Went to see this dentist because my insurance plan is limited, to say the least. It seems this office is more interested in getting the money to flow out of your pocket than coming up with a beneficial treatment plan. His bedside manner leaves much to be desired. Though the staff is courteous and helpful.
