Dr. Scott Winter, DDS

He’s been our dentist for years, even in the early days at another practice. Very compassionate and gentle with his patients. He explains everything each step of the way. His staff is so friendly and amazing as well.

The cleanliness is beyond any thing, their new remodeled office is perfect!! Staff amazing and the quickest in and out visits, but by far Dr. Scott is a one of a kind, great and gentle dentist!! I am never going to anyone else, been going to him for almost 10 yrs.

My daughter had her tooth extraction today and Dr Winters and his team did a marvelous job. Eve was scared to go in for her proc but Dr Winters and his team made sure she is comfortable and well taken care of. My daughter said her dentist had some funny jokes that made her at ease and her favorite part about it all it was pain free. Thank you Dr Winters and staff for all you do!

Two molars extracted. Dr winter answered my questions and the procedure was nearly painless. Entire staff was nice and professional.

My visit was excellent. Very relaxing and informative. I was informed about each step during the process and educated on why it was happening. What to look for in measurements, 4-D scan, X-rays, cleaning etc. The doctor came through quickly and was personable.

Every hygienist that I've had has done a thorough job of cleaning my teeth, checking gum health, Careful with Xrays. Dr. Scott Winter, the dentist, is very knowledgeable & uses newer equipment than any previous dentist I've had. He is friendly and easy to discuss any concerns that I've had. The office staff are all easy to deal with & friendly as well! I couldn't be happier with my visits.

I love Dr. Winters office. It is so clean and they have the best up to date technology to provide the best care you need. The techs are super nice and welcoming. Hailie the front desk person is friendly and Blanca and Courtney were so knowledgeable and helpful. They made me feel relaxed during my visit.

My 7 year old a patient of theirs had a bad toothache and when I called to get it taken care of the front desk did not care and told me they could get her in in 4 months without consulting the dentist or offering any advice. I was left alone, scrambling to find a dentist to see her Where we were not established. Dr. Winter’s website says they provide emergency care for sudden pain. But that is a lie. They have too many patients and they cannot take care of everyone in a timely manner. My daughter has gone there her whole Life, and they showed they didn’t care when she needed them the most. Thanks Doc!

I love coming here. Excellent workers that call you by your first name, and it is always so clean. If you’re looking for a dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Winter.

Great family environment

I’m sharing this review for my non-techy 81-year-old mother, who saw Dr. Winter this morning. “5 stars, if not 10! My experience with Dr. Winter and his office and reception room and the treatment I received from him was excellent! He was so caring that I did not get a bit of pain, and I had 3 extractions. I want to report the goodness in his heart and his help to everyone I know.”

Dr. Winters is hands down the best dentist I have experienced. My autistic son had a VERY traumatic dental experience before we were referred to Dr Winters and he Dr Winters was so patient and kind to my son that he is no longer afraid at all to visit the dentist. It’s no longer a anxiety ridden experience to have to take him to the dentist. I was so happy with how well he handled my son that I ended up going to him myself. Now he helps me and both my kids and I will always refer him to friends, especially with kids. I think we have been loyally going to him for 3 years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Additionally, his staff is amazing, every single person I have come into contact with is so kind and helpful. Customer service is a lost art and I will always give my business to a group that gives good customers service as well as care.

I called the office about a billing issue. The manager informed me that there had been a billing mistake on their end, and the information that I had been mailed was incorrect. She then told me that she would be canceling the five future appointments I had scheduled. I was shocked and confused. I asked her why and she told me because “you said that our office is shady and we feel like you dont trust us anymore”. Me, being in utter disbelief, demanded answers. The manager was dismissive, saying “see how upset you are, its your attitude thats the problem”. when I initially called my attitude was fine. Only after I was told that I would no longer be allowed as a patient there did my attitude become negative. I needed information. the result is I have to find a new dentist during a pandemic, and probably losing out on my yearly insurance allotment and I already paid them my deductible. My attitude and frustration were exaggerated by the manager so they felt justified in their actions.

Quick and painless, wouldn’t hesitate to go back.
