Dr. Sean Nguyen, DDS

I was fooled by all of Dr. Nguyen's positive reviews. The quality of dental care I received did not correlate to what others were saying. After completing my filling, he did not put a piece of floss between the teeth to see if it was too tight. This is the standard that every dentist learns in school. Sure enough, when I got home, I noticed the filling was too tight and the surface was also uneven. My bite was off and I could not fit floss between my teeth. I went back two different times, only for him to tell me that there is no reason for an adjustment. I ended up going to another dentist who used a very simple tool called a finishing strip to make the filling less tight. Literally took a minute! She could not do much about the misaligned bite but fortunately it corrected itself after a few months. Would never go back to this dentist. He seems inexperienced and unwilling to admit when he makes mistakes.

It’s a fantastic dental office with new dental technology. Dr. Nguyen graduated from UCLA that has the best dental school in the US. He studied an advanced course for implants, general & cosmetic dentistry (Invisalign)etc., so you don’t need to visit a periodontist or orthodontist. He just finished my implant. He has amazing skill & all procedures were done very carefully. He is an excellent dentist with good heart. His office staff are so nice too. Life is good with a great doctor !

Dr. Nguyen and staff are amazing. They take their time to talk with you and take your concerns and issues seriously, making you comfortable to receive dental care. Ive had bad experiences with dentist which I developed the biggest fear. But since I've come to Dr. Nguyen I have been calm and at ease. Dr Nguyen is very good at explaining each step of the treatment plan. He is cordial and also competent and personally involved in each aspect of care.

I'm so glad I have found my forever dentist. Patient, kind, and a dentist I can trust. Dr. Nguyen goes out of the way to explain things to patients and breaks down what you need done rather than push treatments on you. He took time to answer all my questions and addressed all my concerns. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

Lake Forest Modern Dental is everything you'd expect a dental office to be. It has new state of the art equipment but more importantly the staff and Dr. Nguyen are friendly, patient and Professional but with a personal touch.
