For a pre-approval request I had to go to this doctors office 4 times, still they did not get info. finally I had to call my insurance to find out the status of pre-approval and the insurance informed me it was pre-approved already. I went to the doctors office and told them it was pre-approved already by the insurance, now only the front staff called the insurance to find the status. On one of my Previous visit the front staff was even sleeping. Most of the time the office is closed even before 3.30 PM and there is no office timings listed either. Without the office timings at the front door is difficult to go to the office. Coming to the doctor itself he was not willing to discuss the procedure he performed on me after the procedure failed within two months of the procedure ( Filling on one of lower tooth), overall bad experience.
