Dr. Shahram Arzegar, DDS

Dr. Arzegar is a superb dentist! He is thorough in every detail and performs outstanding work. From the moment you walk in the office, you feel at ease and can be assured of the highest quality outcome. He has been our family’s dentist for many years. We are thankful for the care he, his superb office staff and his expert dental technicians consistently offer to us and to Austin.

I saw Dr. Arzegar for severe tooth pain that resulted in two root canals. The procedure went fine until I was to be fitted with my permanent caps. They were backwards. He tried to say that it was to correct my "crossbite malocclusion." I got a second opinion stating that they were backwards and he still refused to fix it. I attempted to take legal action, but by the time I found a pro bono lawyer that would take my case, the statute of limitations was up. I have since had to remedy the issues with two dental implants. Arzegar told me AFTER my root canal that I might need an implant. I would have done that instead had he given me that information beforehand. The dental surgeon who is doing my repair also gave the opinion that they were backwards. Arzegardid nothing to help remedy my situation, although I'm sure they will reply to this with things like "crossbite malocclusion," which is something no other dentist has ever diagnosed me with. Play it safe and go elsewhere.

Dr Arzegar is the best dentist I have ever had. I have come here for years now and had also have to have extensive work done. My teeth are in good shape now and this is thanks to his professionalism and the staff that works for him. I have lived in different parts of the country and world but this is the best dentist I chose to have work done with. Personable, kind, professional. He goes out of his way to make you comfortable, explains the issue with facts and has your dental health in mind. It's good to have good insurance but his work is top notch. I recommend this dentist office to anyone who wants to have an outstanding dentist.

amazing experience! painless surgery. the office is amazingly modern. they have water bottles and coffee. they took me back less than 5 min. I had a severe infection which required bone grafting and gum surgery. Dr. Arzegar took great care of me. I highly recommend lifetime Smiles!
