My appointment was at 2 PM and I arrived before 2 PM and was called in around 2:15 PM. Waited there patiently for next half hour (till 2:45 pm) while Dr.Shalini Sethi was treating another patient in my next isle. And finally, at 2:45 PM, I just walked out of the room because she was still discussing about the treatment plans with the other patient. when the dentistry can charge the patient for being late for more than 10 minutes, don't you have to compensate back if you delay more than 45 mi ?
