This doctor is the owner of Kidz Korner Dentistry. Never have I felt so disrespected by a medical office policy. If you don't confirm an appointment, including one you made just a week prior, because you're incredibly busy and the amount of time to confirm isn't long enough (24 hrs), they will cancel your appointment. This policy was never communicated in the first place until an hour before they canceled (a call and text I missed). If someone makes the appointment, they want the appointment. If they need to cancel, they should call to cancel. I wouldn't trust any medical provider that disrespects their patient's time like this in the name of maximizing profit, especially with my kids.
