I had my teeth cleaned and an exam on my first visit. They hygienist was so friendly and entertaining that it was actually pleasant. Going to the dentist...pleasant...who knew?

My husband travels for work and is rarely home. Rather than addressing cavities forming in the front of his mouth during his first visit, staff insisted he get cleaning and scaling done first. At the end of the process, he went in to get cavities filled and Dr. Farley refused. Basically, by putting him off for several months, he went from need fillings to needing new teeth in the front of his mouth. I will never use this office again. Cost us so much time, pain, and money.

The people there are very friendly. However, the Office Manager is incompetent. He does not understand proper billing procedure and repeatedly double billed both myself and my insurance company. When confronted with the errors, his response was to scream, curse and threaten. Eventually, my insurance company forced them to refund a portion of my overpayment. They went as far as to completely fabricate appointments.
