Dr. Sheila Sales, DDS

Dr. Sales always added additional procedures to standard checkups which I believe were unnecessary and costly. My “free” insurance covered visits in the three years I visited her always cost me anywhere from $50 to $125 extra. Not once did I leave the office without being encouraged to do the extras which increased her income. She did a poor job of installing a crown as it created a huge food trap. I believe she recommended me for an oral surgery that was totally unnecessary. I’m sure you can do better elsewhere unless you like paying more than you need to.

Dr. Sales is extremely competent and thorough. Her dedication to her job impressed me. She cleaned my teeth herself and paid careful attention. She also told me what wasn't necessary rather than trying to sell me a procedure. Loved her staff!

I am sure the Doctor is competent and everything, but her staff needs major improvement! Dr. Sales said I needed to get a medical release form from my cardiologist. Fine. But they forgot to have me sign the form and I had to go out of my way to go back and sign. 2 weeks later- my Doctor's office never received the form. I called and called, but the person who deals with these things was never in the office apparently. Oh how convenient. What did I go there and get x-rays for then? For fun?
