Dr. Shelby Nugent, DMD

I am grateful to have found Dr Nugent. She is kind and goes above and beyond. I feel cared for and well taken care of with her as my dentist. She treats me with my best interest in mind, making sure the work done is the best it can be even it means sending a crown back to the lab to make it perfect before cementing it. I feel she takes her work seriously, with her patient’ best interest in mind, and would never send a patient home without ensuring quality work.

Lovely experience 10 - 10 I had a big cavity and ended up needing a Crown, Dr. N decided to do it same day which is convenient for me because I needed to get in before I left for Virginia. I had my Permanent Crown 1 week before I left and it felt great! Becca the Office Manager was also great she made sure the lab had my crown before I left. The schedule was great lots of reminders. I will be recommending all my friends and family.

Dr. Nugent was very kind and knowledgeable. She made me feel very comfortable and took great care of me.

Visited this facility and received an estimate of $1050. Arrived for initial molds to be made got an Xray and was waiting in the chair when I am informed that the price for the dentures was now over $1500 because of their mistake. Wouldn't entertain covering any of the increase. Now I have to reschedule oral surgery and find a new dentist I can trust. Not only this but receptionist tried to reschedule appointment and didn't even know how long it was going to make dentures. It appears as they couldn't enter insurance info correctly or schedule appointments properly that the STAFF needs training.
