Best dental experience ever! Dr. Cai and staffs were very professional and helpful throughout my root canal treatment. Dr. Cai did an extremely thorough two-step root canal treatment. My tooth now is feeling great and completely pain free. I have to say Injection was my least favorite thing, but I took it for exchanging a complete pain free root canal procedure. His office is high tech, neat, and clean. I highly recommend them.

A real house of horrors. I told him I had a temporary bridge that the dentist said he would remove and re-attach. I told him three time. He tried to place the rubber dam around it and apply the clip-of course the bridge popped out. Then he and his assistant said I would have to go back to the dentist to attach the bridge because they did not have the right adhesive!! Wow they actually thought it was a permanent bridge! He works on 6-7 patients and literally runs from patient to patient. What should take 30-90 minutes took 3 hours and he had to inject more anesthetic because it wore off due to the excessive time involved. He would drill then stop and go numb a patient, work on them, talk with them. He could not locate the nerve and becasue it took more time he became impatient and stressed out; somewhat perturbed. He is in such a hurry he injects the anesthetic way too rapidity causing you to feel the liquid squirt into the gum and cause pain. A really dirty patient room, also Terrible

Today I,went to see Dr Cai for the second time as he is working on two root canals and i have found him to be totally dedicated to his profession and his patients .He likes to explain the procedure and frequently asking if you are ok, he is very compassionate and never in a rush.I only wish that i had known of him sooner before my problem with my teeth had started.So my advice to you is to come see him and save your natural teeth .His staff is also friendly and very professional.

I can not say enough good things about Dr. Cai and his staff! I love how professional yet personable everyone is. They are always able to accomedate my schedule and can always fit me in when I need.

I really trust Dr. Cai since he always provide very high quality dental care every time I visit his office. His broad professional knowledge, excellent skill, and compassionate attitude make me believe that I definitely choose a very good dentist. all of staff in his facility treat patients superior friendly. I really recommend him as your dentist.

I would definitely recommend Dr. Cai to everyone! He is extremely smart and great at what he does. I wouldn't trust any other endodontist. Will definitely see him again if need be. My visits are always quick and painless.
