Awful. Most rude Dr. and staff I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Rude, and disrespectful staff especially the Dr. who raised her voice at me over a misunderstanding on HER part.

I had a dental emergency that needed immediate attention... not for pain reasons... but for cosmetic reasons! Dr. Nafisi was able to work me in that same day, and graciously and quickly fixed the problem. Love the quality of her work and love her chair side manner. I just recently got dental insurance and made sure her office accepts it before I chose policies. When I looked, I see her office takes a lot of insurance plans.
