I made an appointment for a routine cleaning and exam, but during the visit they just had me fill out typical paperwork and questionnaires, they didn't perform a cleaning or exam. They charged me an office visit fee, then told me to make an additional appointment for the cleaning and exam. They said that was their routine. When I complained about that part, their reaction was to ignore my inquires, deny me any service, and tell my insurer they didn't want me as a patient and customer.
