For over 15 years Dr. Kang has been the dentist for my family. He is an outstanding professional. Never had any problems. He never recommends unnecessary procedures and always explains things clearly. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable.

Dr. Kang has very poor bedside manners. I have not met a dentist who does not face you as he is talking to me. I had to turn my head to see Dr. Kang who was standing by the door of the room. He kept telling me that he did not have the time to examine me. I wonder why the office schedules appointments if the Doctor does not have time. Please do not waste your time with him.

Dr Kang's secretary is all about that money. They look at you as a dollar sign. They trump up charges even after you and your insurance company pays. Stay far away!

Dr.kang dental office doses not know how to bill correctly, 3 years later a balance showed up on my credit report, I was never notified of a outstanding balance, the office was paid by my insurance company and me at the time of service. If you don’t want your credit messed up , don’t visit Dr.Kangs office.

I visited this provider today, December 1, 2017, for an initial examination and in the end I was told to pay $400.00. I was not informed of any charges in the beginning before any work was started, covered or uncovered, and was not informed of what will be covered and what will not be covered. This is unacceptable. A patient should be told what the charges will be, if any, before any work is performed, whether it is covered or not. A provider should not perform any work on a patient without

the receiptionist does not explain things well and will trying to rip you off if you are not careful.

I have been a customer of Dr. Khang for two years. His staff is highly lacking in customer care.

I would highly recommend Dr. Kang. He is extremely knowledgeable and on time. My family of 5 were in and out in 2 hours! Amazing dentist!!
