I heard many terrifying stories about root canals so I was extremely nervous when I first met Dr. Fullmer. I certainly had no reason to be however. Dr. Fullmer put me at ease immediately. During the entire procedure, he explained the steps and told me that I should feel no pain and I didn’t. He has a soft spoken demeanor and never seemed hurried during the procedure. His staff obviously enjoys working for him and I was treated so kindly by everyone. Thank you for taking such good care of me. I recommend Dr. Fullmer without reservation!

On June 5th I requested an appointment with Dr. Fullmer for an examination to look for nerve problems at the recommendation of my emergency dentist in San Francisco. That request was confirmed on June 10th when the office called to confirm the appointment. On both occasions I was alerted that advance payment of $1500 would be required but I explained that a root canal was not to be scheduled for the 13th. When I arrived on the 13th I was again asked for the $1500 payment and I again explained that the root canal was not going to happen on that day. I was then told that I must pay a $341 consultation fee at which point I asked to speak with Dr. Fullmer. To put this in context I had previously paid him $2500 for two root canals in 2016 which did not have beneficial outcomes as the teeth were extracted shortly thereafter. The medical assistant then came out and proceeded to take me back. When I asked “what are we doing? she responded “numbing you up for a root canal” She did n

Possibly the best experience I've ever had in a doctor's office. The place is perfectly clean, professional, and has some of the nicest staff I've ever met. I'm brand new to Reno so I was uncertain about who to trust or where to go, but Dr. Fullmer is one of those people who simply radiates kindness and integrity. I honestly wish I could see him for everything. The only thing that could be better than seeing Dr. Fullmer is not needing a doctor at all! Seriously, though, you'll be in great hands with these folks.

Just left Dr. Fullmer's office after a root canal procedure. This gentleman is absolutely top-notch! I had a root canal in the same office about a dozen years ago (different doctor), and I thought that endodontist was great. Dr. Fullmer has topped that particular standard for me! Can't extol highly enough: staff are courteous and professional, Doc Fullmer is caring, gentle and he explains exactly what he is doing step by step throughout the entire procedure. My family dentist recommended Dr. Fullmer to me, and I asked if he were any good, and my dentist replied, "He most certainly is - he did MY root canal. I'm very impressed with his work. I cannot recommend High Desert enough!

Dr. Fullmer was such a nice, caring, and professional doctor! I was so nervous to get my first root canal but he made the experience great! He took the time to explain the procedure to me in detail before we started. He made me feel at ease and the procedure was painless and simple. Dr. Fullmer made sure to check often to make sure I was doing okay and explained the steps while doing the root canal. He very friendly as well as Mrs. Rivers. I would highly recommend this outstanding doctor!! Vicky
