From the moment I entered the clinic I felt that I would be in good hands here. The staff is friendly and easy to talk with, Dr. Greer was gentle during the exam and very courteous, and explained the treatment I should undergo in detail .
They are all about the patient! Thank you all.

Dr. Spencer was willing to see me after having multiple poor experiences with my prior dental office. He was straightforward about what needed to be worked on immediately and treated me very respectfully and was willing to answer all my questions. Top notch staff - friendly, courteous, and happy! The office was nicely decorated and super clean.

Dr. Greer helped me feel more at ease with the work I needed done on my teeth, and he even called me after my dental surgery to make sure I was doing okay. I always have high anxiety when visiting dental offices. Dr. Greer and his team are kind, patient and go the extra mile to make sure that their patients are comfortable. I’m so glad that I found them!

Found Dr. Spencer through a family member and made an appointment for an assessment on an existing issue. Dr. Spencer confirmed I needed a crown and he then gave me multiple options to help me with my anxiety. Both visits and procedure went better than expected and I’m very happy to have found such a wonderful and caring dentist office! I only wish I would have found this office sooner!

Called yesterday and got an appointment right away for the following morning. Friendly staff with a welcoming atmosphere. Up to date technology and memorable bedside manners. Staff went above and beyond to find a financial payment option that worked within my budget. And a plus I was seen that same day to start working on my treatment plan right away. Lastly was given a nice cozy blanket and a massage chair to keep me comfortable throughout it all.

I did not arbitrarily assign 5 stars for each considered category. I mean the 5 stars. All of my interactions have been completely satisfying and beyond my expectations. This office is professional and courteous. I have bad dental anxiety. They make everything calm and as comfortable as they can. Dr. Greer is fantastic. I need to mention that his assistants(dental techs?) are wonderful also!

Okay I know I'm not the only one when I say I'm not super keen on going to the dentist, however I had such an incredible experience at Mid-Columbia Dental with Dr. Spencer Greer! Zamburr and Makayla were absolutely wonderful and Dr. Spencer Greer was very professional and beyond helpful. Awesome experience!

Dr.Spencer is excellent with explaining treatment needed to patients. He really takes the time to listen to patients concerns and discuss options. I would defintely recommend his office to my friends and family!

I’m not a fan of “going” to the dentist. Dr Greer took guest services to a whole new level! Shot it straight to me and told me what I needed done and the plan of action then left it to me to make the decisions. Not once did I feel pressured or taken advantage due to price! Made getting a crown (yeah yeah shame on me for not flossing better) super painless on my mouth and pocketbook! Would highly recommend for anyone without dental insurance (like myself)! Payment plan friendly!

Dr Greer is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I will never go to another dentist. He is friendly and sufficient. He spent THREE hours with me on my 1st visit, and even called me 2 hours later to see how I was feeling!! ?? It is obvious that he cares about his patients. The entire staff at Mid Columbia is extremely kind and helpful. I highly recommend them. 5 stars..all day!!
