It's the not the doctor but the office staff.
I have been coming here for years and love the staff and Dr Gividen until recently. On my last check up they unilaterally made a procedure decision that was unaccepted by my insurance company. They never bothered to inform the patients. A neglect on their part. They should have informed me and all of their patients of this new bitewing xray procedure to be sure that insurance would cover it. They did not. Now I'm stuck with this bill for a procedure which I wouldn't have approved if only they had the decent courtesy of informing me.I called the billing manager and she basically said 'we're doing that to everyone, too bad for you'. I can't and won't deal with folks that have no compassion like that. 4 years of building a relationship with a great dentist and technicians only to have it thrown away by incompetent office staff.I'll miss you guys. We'll, most of you.
