Having infections from a bad tooth underneath an old bridge, this office ran out my insurance with 'examination' x-rays, then left me in the lurch. I've had to remove the tooth now without any other option, and she wanted to install implants instead of a replacement bridge-I'm going back to another dental office whose intent is to just replace the prior bridge with a stronger one. This should've been done a long while ago, that avoided further tooth decay and antibiotics causing another infection I had to recover from. I'm convinced this place is all about making thousands of dollars inflating an existing simply solved situation. I'll never be back there no matter where else I have to go, and advise others to avoid this sort of financial pressure tactic place! I'd never had any cavities before, after she changed everything that was said previously when I returned to find out how I'd clear up the space in my mouth caused by her delaying my treatment. They should've told me in advance!

This is a dishonest practice that is "proactive" enough to talk patients into needing unnecessary costly dental procedures. Very bad experience for our family and second opinions from two other dentists confirmed our fears. I am reporting that this practice is about the billing dollars, even if it requires creatively finding shadows on Xrays that more honest dentists can't see. We have insurance so it's not about the $ to us, it's about lying to people that dental work is needed to create income
