Dr. Stanley Armbruster, DDS

August 2015 I was told that I needed an implant. In Sept. 2015 I had a dental implant by Dr. Armbruster. From the beginning he had concerns and told me sometimes these take some time. After 4 months of back and forth and pain Dr. A said the implant was set. Between the problems that I had and the rude front desk girl we went to another dentist. In August 2018 our new dentist noticed a problem with the implant and suggested I go to an oral specialist and I was told the implant needed replacement. Both dentist & specialist suggested I speak to Dr. A since the implant didn't last and the insurance will not cover a new one since it was less than 5 years old. I went to talk to Dr. A. I gave all the info to the receptionist (Terri). She told me there was nothing he could do. I asked to speak to Dr. Armbruster and she said he was with a patient which was untrue since he was still in his office. Very unprofessional and upsetting that he would not stand behind his work!!!!

I'm don't like writing negative reviews but this is one that was deserved. I had consultation regarding 8 new crowns with Dr Armbruster. Seemed great. showed pics. Discussed at length desired results. Finished with different color and lopsided teeth. Expressed my concerns and he said he's not doing anything else. Definitley would NOT recommend this dentist for any cosmetic work.
