Dr. Stephanie Long, DMD

Dr. Long is an exception dentist. Her use of technology and her gentle, skillful touch gave me complete confidence in her ability to correct my dental issues. She made the whole experience much less stressful (and less painful than some other dentists I've visited). And the outcome was exactly what I had hoped for. I should also mention that the dental technician who worked alongside Dr. Long for my treatment is also highly trained and extremely skilled. And her "chair-side" manner put me right at ease.

Always efficient and thorough

I was sad to learn that my favorite hygienist has moved on. I happy to say though that my new one is pretty great too. It's always great to see Dr. Long. She is always very thorough and talks me through what's next in my dental health maintenance.

The llc uses too many students. When I go to the dentist I expect to see a graduated dentist Dr. Long was fine but the practice appears to centered on profits.

Dr. Long and her staff always make you feel at ease. They are very professional and caring. I highly recommend Highland Dentistry to everyone. She is especially great with children!

Dr. Long was amazing during my appointment. No pain throughout the procedures. I was there over 3 hours so I could have both crowns completed at once. Highly recommended.

Staff was very inexperienced, causing unpleasant rework and a prolong stay (over two hours). Would not consider going back and for certain would not send my family. Dr. Long made three attempts to numb the area where work was to be performed. The fourth time, I suggested where to place the shot (based on experience from our retired dentist), and it worked. I have since gone to another dentist to complete the work.

I appreciated Dr. Long explaining her procedure(s). She was gentle and always made sure I was comfortable. Her assistant was also very gentle and they both had a very upbeat attitude. I initially thought we were doing procedures on my right side but she clearly explained her process and why we were starting on the left. I highly recommend this dental clinic.
