They were able to fit me in as a walk-in referral. The staff was cordial. I was taken to the back and though xrays were completed the same day at another facility and sent over, they wanted their own. There was a chemical put on my individual teeth to test which one would have the most pain. After I responded in throbbing pain to 1 in particular, they started shuffling and moving around, preparing. I became nervous and had to ask "what's going on?" The asst. responds "we're about to do the procedure" I said "what procedure?". She said "a root canal". I asked what that entailed, I'd never gotten one, and she explained. There was no rotting or indicators on the xrays. After 3 attempts of trying to numb me (because I could feel her starting to dig each time) she started. It was so painful, she had to add more numbing agents throughout the procedure. Afterwards, I was told I owed $660 w/insurance! Why didn't we go over this beforehand? I still have to pay for a cap someplace. I felt scamd.

I had my first ever root canal at Dr. Mullins’ office today. To say I was nervous and scared would’ve been an understatement. From the moment I walked in the door, everyone I interacted with was absolutely delightful and reassuring. The dental assistant (please forgive me, the anxiety made me forget your name!) she explained the process and what I could expect, patiently answering all of my questions and helping put my mind at ease. The procedure itself took no time at all, Dr. Mullins is a friggin’ pro! She was in and out so fast that it made me feel ridiculous for being so anxious in the first place. I am approximately 6 hours post procedure, and I am in no pain or discomfort (at least not yet) All in all, I was very shocked at how quick and painless the process was and I can definitely say that my perception of a root canal has been changed. If you find yourself needing a root canal, or any other endodontic procedure, I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Mullins and her staff!

Awful. Her office overcharged (in advance) for my estimated portion of the procedure and afterward when the Explanation of Benefits came out, her office owed me a significant amount of money. It took weeks to get her to cough up the extra dollars charged to me at the date of the procedure. I would never have her work on my mouth again and tell one and all to go to some other person than Mullins.

Mullins did root canal and assessed an estimate upfront against my credit card for my share of the procedure, aside from insurance. When the Explanation of Benefits was issued by my insurer my portion owed Mullins was significantly less than was previously charged on my card. It took weeks to pry the un-owed money from Mullins' greedy hands. Find another specialist to do your root canal!

This office is so nice and friendly and Dr. Mullins does everything to make you comfortable. The chairs even massage you!!! Great work, great experience and I absolutely would do ANYTHING than go to the dentist.

Just had a root canal. Ugh? Well usually, but not this time. Dr. Mullins is the best ever! She and her staff are of attentive, so professional and yet so friendly! It was a tough procedure, as she had to correct a previous problem as per another provider. And it went better than better. I was really impressed! Plus, their office is soooo cool. Very friendly environment with fireplace and TV. Makes you feel at home.
