Dr. Stephen Bradford, DMD

STAY AWAY! He is RUDE and CONDESCENDING not only to patients or potential patients but also to his employees! I have never heard a dr speak so poorly to employees. He has a young dr working under him and I feel so bad for her! She will be ruined learning from someone like him. She looked uncomfortable being around him. He called a patient and her mother crazy and annoying while we were there and all I heard the mom ask was when her daughter might get her braces off. Such a rude response to what I would think is a popular question there. He told us money shouldn’t matter when making a decision like this. Not sure what his world is like but most people do consider the cost! Why would I pay $6580 to someone with horrible chair side manner, rude to his employees and name calls patients?! Only a fool would pay this Dr that ridiculous amount of money. Oh and when questioned on why his price is so much higher than others, “because he is board certified”. He isn’t the only one around!

Dr. Bradford and his staff are amazing! My children have beautiful smiles thanks to him and his team.

This is a fabulous practice! Clean facilities, state-of-the-art office and wonderful staff. Dr. Bradford and his staff made sure that I was comfortable every step of the way during my treatment. He truly cares about his patients and wants to ensure a positive experience. I would highly recommend this practice!

Dr Bradford and his staff are phenomenal. Office is fresh and clean and staff is professional and they always go the extra mile. I have 2 kids in braces doing great and I just finished my Invisalign and am thrilled with the results. Dr Bradford offered to do multiple free revisions until they were perfect. Do not go to a dentist for best results, rather an orthodontist, and nobody is more meticulous than Dr. Bradford!

Lots of changes since the practice was purchased. Change is a good thing, but too many changes at once can be disruptive. Penny is no longer there after 18 years. Today we waited 22 minutes to be seen and there were only 2 assistants working with way too many kids scheduled. While I understand stacking appts to keep multiple chairs full is good for business, it isn’t good to keep parents waiting this long. It was not like this before and now we always wait. One assistant chatted with a patient‘s mom who she appeared to know outside of the practice, for 10 minutes in the lobby while we all sat and stared. Also, You can never call the Palm City office directly, you have to call Gardens and they never know what’s going on with the schedule at PC. Very frustrating. The PC office is only opened twice a week.

I’ve got to say this is the best around. Everyone is awesome very kind and friendly and do an exceptional excellent job! Beast experience I have ever had. Love you all and I will surely miss you all. Thank you so much for the smile ?? !

I've been a patient of Dr. Bradford for almost 2 years and couldn't be more pleased. Dr. Bradford came highly recommended by a friend. Both the doctor and his staff are great! Very friendly, courteous and professional. Dr. Bradford always takes the time to check and make sure everything is proceeding correctly. You always feel welcome and never rushed. I visited Dr Bradford’s office when my torque wire detached. I recently moved here from San Antonio Texas. Fortunately my dentist knew Dr Bradford and highly recommended him. I was able to get an appointment quickly. He and his staff were very friendly, attentive and professional. The replacement was done timely. I liked the vibe of the office, great for kids and adults. Overall a great experience!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Bradford and his staff!!! After having my braces removed this week, I’m still in awe of how beautiful my teeth look. I had braces for the first time over 40 years ago, so I’m guessing that I’m one of their oldest patients. But my teeth had shifted through the years, and I’ve always felt that a person’s smile is so important. I now can say that my teeth look better than ever. My braces took one year, and it went by quickly. Everyone in Dr. Bradford’s office is kind and enthusiastic. Everyone seemed genuinely excited for me when my braces were removed. Their friendliness each visit made this process much easier. I would also like to say a special thanks to Cindy who changed my wires during most of my appointments.
