Dr. Brenner is lovely but his staff are terrible. I waited two hours to see him and then rescheduled. Came back for the first appointment a few days later (7:30AM, arrived at 7:27) and spent ten minutes waiting in the open office totally alone. It was unlocked with lights on but no one was there. Dentist and someone else came at 7:40 and said nothing to me. Receptionist arrived at about 7:55. I told her I'd been waiting and she snapped at me that she had just gotten there. I left.
