The staff is amazing. Regardless of the negative reviews. I highly recommend this dentist and staff. Very professional and accommodating!

My full review is on Google! To long to leave here. The receptionist is beyond unprofessional and childish. The dentist is losing more and more patients due to his staff and it's ultimately going to hurt his business keeping such hateful staff with anger issues. Acted out in front of a 4 year old child and other patients coming in. The most unprofessional encounter I have ever witnessed.

Had an appointment scheduled for weeks and the day of they canceled it. Tried to reschedule she said no find someone else and hung up. Wow just wow.

October 2, 2023 my daughter had a exam and was scheduled for a surgery November 3rd 2023. On October 3, 2023 the office calls and ask me for my child proof of autism, for points! I emailed what I had. She called back and said it was not good info proof. I didn't understand why her disorder was not already in the Referral from health point.. Well the conversation didn't go well and I tried to calm the situation down with an apology, because they were doing my child oral surgery. And once I said that, the Nurse Amy told me l.,'they don't have to do nothing and she was canceling my daughter surgery at St Elizabeth ft Thomas and good luck finding my daughter a dentist And if I called Dr.stephens office again she would press charges against me for harassment'. Well I can't get an appointment for My child and dr.stephes wrote My daughter has severely flared teeth. Disability doctor should not be able to deny disabled children Care. Because parents misunderstanding with a nurse.

I had an appointment for my son that I scheduled over a month ago & gave the office my new insurance information. Yesterday 4/16 they called to confirm his appointment. Later in the afternoon some lady who was extremely rude called to tell me that she would have never scheduled my son an appointment apparently there was a late cancel fee on his account that I knew nothing about nor was I ever billed for. She then told be she was cancelling his appointment and hung up on me for no reason.

He’s really not a dentist, he’s a business man, I’ll never take my child there again
