Dr. Steven Bates, DDS

When my long-term dentist retired, I was very concerned about finding a new provider. I have been extremely happy with Dr. Bates. He and all his staff treat me as though they truly care about me. Despite being a very busy office, they always have made me feel that they were willing to give me the time I needed to get answers. Dr. Bates advice and responses to questions or concerns have been very thoughtful and clearly explained. I feel like he operates with integrity in terms of treatment recommendations. On a couple of occasions a very unexpected dental issue happened over a weekend. I was able to reach their after hours # with no issue, and Dr. Bates himself called me back. I really like the office staff (e.g. Sandy) who I have interacted with several times; she has always been so patient and gracious.

Dr Bates is amazing. I've never had a dentist care so much about me. His staff is tuned into my needs, as well. He cares enough to personally check in on the patient, even after hours. Dr Bates even met me after hours at the office when I was in a lot of pain. I couldn't possibly recommend a better place for an individual approach to dental care.
