What a talented young dentist! I’m one that would rather avoid a dental office and expect my teeth to work for me with just home brushing and flossing. However, Dr. Berk has made me get over my phobia, worked on my teeth to make sure that I still have all 32 teeth and I’m in my mid 70s. Everything in this office is very efficient and no time is wasted. Dr. Berk treats each one like you are his only patient. This dentist is the best!

Dr. Berk was referred by a friend and I want to send a thank you present to them. Could not have asked for a smoother first time visit for something that’s usually nerve wracking for me. Thorough and kind describe the overall experience. The front office is so efficient and considerate and Dr. Berk and assistant were calming, and explained things step by step, with all available options. I left more educated, cared for and less anxious. I’m sticking with them!

He’s the best. Honest and trustworthy. Knowledgeable and has an excellent staff.

Great staff and dentist

Doctor is very good but the billing practices are not ethical.Most employees and the doctor are very nice people, but the new office manager is incompetent, rude and cannot handle a simple billing inquiry; makes up pricing to justify the incorrect charges. WATCH out for bill stuffing; Procedures they say are covered by insurance may not be covered; call the insurance company to verify before service and do not get pressured in to accepting while you are in the chair getting other work done. Get written cost from them beforehand. I could not get her to have the doctor call me to discuss the issue either.I have filled a complaint with BBB as well. I will post on other sites as well. Buyer be aware! Lot of coercion and threats to report to collections!

Dr. Berk is outstanding. Very knowledgeable, explains options clearly, patient with questions, and does fantastic work. His staff is top notch as well. This is the dentist that you need to have!

Dr. Berk performed root canal and did an excellent job minimizing the discomfort and pain. He dental assistants did a fabulous job. He originally told me it would be a two visit procedure, but actually did the work in one sitting.
