Dr. Steven Bowers, DDS

Admin staff did not know how to bill secondary insurance company. They were to contact them and get back to me the following week. After 2 months I get a bill which wasn't billed to my insurance. They are now finally billing my primary insurance and indicated they'll bill my secondary insurance. At issue is they are an out of network provider which my secondary insurance will cover. It was like pulling teeth to get what they charge for each procedure and what my primary Washington Dental would cover. So I had to contact my secondary insurance and they informed me how much they would cover for out of network. The admin had indicated they would contact the company but never did. I had to explain to them how it worked.....pulling teeth (no pun intended!) would have been easier to get the correct estimated cost. While Dr Bowers seems like a very qualified dentist as well as his assistances....he needs to either retrain or hire new qualified admin staff.....completely rude and unqualified

I've had a long history of going to dentist, and Dr. Bowers is by far the most professional, kind, intuitive, informative and when I leave the chair, I feel like my teeth are like new. No weird filling edges or formations. I'm so happy to have found a dentist I can rely on to do an outstanding job. Very helpful staff who treat you with care and kindness. Such a great place.
