It's great experience & pleasant visit with Dr. Jensen & his crew

This dentist bought out practice from my dentist I had used for years. He always provided great care and staff very enjoyable. Had two implants done by oral surgeon in another practice. Went here for the crowns. Both crowns came loose within couple months causing pain and dental issues. Dentist tried to blame the oral surgeon’s implant work. Visit to my surgeon confirmed all was well with implants. Finally repairs were made by tightening both crown mounting screws. But now some months later one crown has come loose again. Something that’s not supposed to happen but very rarely. Also had some other dental work and cleanings done. Was not happy with the work and the staffs’ general attitudes. Treatments have resulted in loose crowns and couple months of ongoing pain. Moved on to another dentist and very pleased with his treatments and attention to detail. Had to have two additional implants and crowns installed. The fitting and bite adjustment were excellent.

Great service. We have been with him since 1985.

I previously wrote a review about my horrific experience here and I'm curious as to why it was deleted. After I got my teeth x-rays, April, the receptionist, contacted my insurance. I was told my teeth were covered for white fillings and when I came in a few weeks later for my filling, Dr. Jensen fills my tooth with the wrong fillings. Then proceeded to cut my lip with the blade and wipe it with the bib that was covered in plaque. This continues on with my having to pay for their mistakes.
