My husband and I were seen by Shiflett family dental it was a routine checkup and all services are covered by our insurance. I have called them numerous times and they keep billing us. I have had my insurance call them to tell them they are using an incorrect code and guess what? I received a yet another bill 120 days past due! We are paying the bill to save our credit. I will be calling my insurance company and let them know again! I will never see or refer them to anyone. ??????????
