I wasn't at all comfortable with him. He was rude and dismissive to me as a patient/human. He treated his assistants poorly, and that made me feel even more uncomfortable.

He drilled a hole in my upper jaw. Shattered my bone, didn't know he did it until the numbness went away, I told him what happened and he just said, I had to get that tooth out of there. The dentures he made didn't fit, I went back multiple times to try and get them fixed and he made them worse. I had to take them some where else to fix them.

Our family had a terrible experience at Chief Joseph Dental Clinic. It started when I requested to turn down fluoride treatments for my children and Steven Zollman spoke down to me through his assistant (he didn't speak to me directly but through her) about my decision finally stating that if I made this choice I must acknowledge that any cavities my child gets would be "my fault". When I told him I was unco

As a medical professional myself, I am appalled at the way this dentist treated my mother. This man should not be working with patients in any capacity. He is cold, cruel and unprofessional. I will be looking into steps to file a formal complaint with the ADA, as well as the insurance company. He provided my mother with dentures identical to the ones that no longer fit. He charged her insurance provider and then charged her an additional fee to "fix" his own mistake. The problem was never fixed!

He is known to swear at patients. Also refuses to provide patients with copies of their own medical records..

Dr. Zollman hardly spoke to me, just walked up with the numbing shots and stuck them in, it hurt a lot more than other dentists I've had.
