Dr. Stewart Hinkley, DDS

Dr Hinkley was wonderful. There was zero pain during my #30 tooth root canal. The entire staff was super friendly and helpful. They were very attentive to my medical condition and made sure i was comfortable the entire time. The next day, i had no swelling, no pain and Dr. Hinkley even called personally to check on me. I have had a few root canals in my life, and NONE of them until this one, would i describe as painless. I would recommend them for any service you need.

I have been to this office twice and had excellent care and patient experience. Staff members were professional, friendly, and caring. Both Dr. Hinkleys (father and son) were likewise. I had no pain whatsoever with them and am happy to fully endorse their expertise! Anyone needing a root canal can come here without fear! Their office is recently renovated and very clean.

Growing up in the 1950's, my experiences with sadistic dentists scarred me for life. In striking contrast, Dr. Hinkley inspired instant trust, and though the procedure took longer that anticipated, my confidence in his expertise never wavered. His staff is personable, and his office pleasant and easy to locate. If you are not afraid of dentists, there are many competent professionals who will meet your needs, but if you are a frightened little girl like me, a woman who would rather face death than a root-canal, then Dr. Hinkley is the perfect dentist for you. His calling that evening to inquire how I felt was a grace-note on that total experience which was utterly non-traumatic. Thank you for everything.

They are COVID positive and never shut down. An employee came in with COVID-19 and infected the other employees, and may also have infected patients. They didn't cancel appointments and never closed the office, and the COVID-positive employee was responsible for cleaning the office. They aren't following the Ohio Stay Safe guidelines or taking safety precautions to protect their patients. Anyone who had an appointment in the past month may have been infected. No one should ever use Springfield Endodontics or see Dr. Hinkley.

I received excellent treatment and would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Hinkley. He even calls after the procedure is complete to check on his patients, making sure they are doing well and to answer follow up questions if there be any. He was very calm, professional and effectively took care of the issue. Again - I would DEFINITELY recommend him without hesitation.

I thought Dr. Hinkley was excellent!! Anytime you fall asleep during a root canal in #8??? Then you dentist must be the TRUTH!! lol. Bedside manner was excellent, he was funny and engaging!! I would recommend him to everyone cause he is the best Ortho in Springfield!!

Zero chairside manner. I felt like there was a schedule he was keeping no matter the circumstances. I would not go back unless I had no other option.

Dr. Hinkley was fantastic and I heartily recommend him to anyone.
