Most unprofessional Dentist
I brought my nonverbal down syndrome client to get a filling. He was so ruff and refused to give him a break. When asked if something else could be done like Novocaine he said that won’t work. After calming down I called the office and expressed my concerns the dentist said he was crying because of the noise. One he is nonverbal and was never asked how he was feeling. For this client to cry HE WAS IN PAIN. I know I don’t do fillings with out Novocaine. Just because he is nonverbal and down syndrome DOSNT give you the right to treat him that way. Totally disgusting.

Staff was extremely rude which, along with my teeth not getting properly cleaned, led to my finding another dentist. The cleaning was so bad that I took pictures, time stamped, to show exactly what my teeth looked like right after the cleaning.
