Every time I call the office or or visit the office, it feels like I am a part of their family. They are always willing to do whatever they can to work with my schedule. Dr. Sim is not only a knowledgeable practitioner, but he is kind and takes the time to explain. He always gives options and explains what those options would mean and is respectful of your decision. Both my husband and I agree that this is the best dentist office and staff.

Just wanted to share my fantastic experience at Dr. Sims' office! Seriously, he's the best dentist I've ever been to-reminds me so much of my dad, who was also a dentist. The whole team was super friendly and got everything done quickly and efficiently. Dr. Sims clearly cares about his patients and making sure they're comfortable. Customer for several years. Scheduling nightmare. Couldn't agree on an annual exam date. Told them I was going elsewhere...they didn't care whatsoever and said they would remove me from any future appointments without even trying to keep me as a customer. You would think the owner would intervene, but nothing. Moving entire family!

My first visit. Dr. Sim and his staff are very professional and courteous. Not only they explained everything clearly they placed value on patient time We are glad we chose Dr. Sim as our dentist.

I have been a patient with Dr.Sim since he took over the practice. He always gives top notch care with my many dental challenges. Today- I came in with severe pain, needed a root canal and he worked me in the same day so that I could be out of pain. The technicians are also fantastic!

My hygienist, Jen, always does an amazing job. Dr. Sim takes such great care to explain everything thoroughly. I really appreciate his more conservative approach - meaning I never leave his office feeling like I've been talked into a lot of dental work that might not actually be necessary. Also, I absolutely love the front desk staff. All across the board, I experienced great customer service!

They had big shoes to fill. I moved from out of state and had seen the same dentist for 17 years. I immediately felt like this was the dentist for me! The lady that works the front des is very friendly. She takes time to answer your questions and make sure that you don’t need anything else. The hygienists are great! I’ve had two different ones and both of them were fantastic! Dr. Sim is very professional and explain everything to you and is very thorough.. I have an auto immune disorder and they gave me great suggestions to help with my dry mouth. I asked about addition mouth work and he said we would keep an eye on it and for now its not needed so you can tell he doesn't want to waste your money or trying to make extra money on dental work that’s not needed which to me is very honest!

The dental hygienist was very gentle and caring as she cleaned my teeth. The atmosphere was great – the history channel was playing, which one is which is one of my favorites. Dr Sims was very caring and gentle.

Welcoming helpful front desk and staff! My hygienist was gentle and thorough providing caring comfort. The dentist was attentive, provides dental healthcare information and Dr. Sim was consciously compassionate when administering the numbing shot. Everyone listened to my patient concerns and I felt that Dr. Sim’s practice gave me the best dental experience, ever.

I go there to see Tina and get my teeth cleaned. She is great!!!

My front tooth crown broke off and he fit me into an already full day so I wouldn't have to go the weekend without a tooth. He didn't push me to do an implant, but was able to put in a post and save the tooth. He is very skilled, as well as a kind and caring person. He is out of network for me but I wouldn't go to anyone else, the work he does is exceptional and it lasts.
