Dr. Susan Berlin, DDS

Dr. Berlin is phenomenal. Somehow she manages to make novocaine shots themselves pain free. She does not overbill, she has a great bedside manner, and does GREAT work. She blends art and science so well and does so with little to no pain in either the wallet or the procedure itself. Her staff is kind, and make you feel like family. I have been to many dentists in my life, and by far Dr. Berlin, and her staff are the best by a wide margin. If you need a lot of work done, she will go over the entire plan, and break it up into individual chunks with the most critical parts first on the list. I can't stress this enough. Dental procedures are expensive in the U.S. but she has so many clients that love her that she never has to try and bill just to make ends meet. I just got my first implant, and I didn't feel a thing....not even the local anesthetic. Anyway. I highly recommend Dr. Berlin. She's GREAT!!!

I agree with the 1 star rating that the office of Dr Berlin does not like to hear complaints because they tell you tell the doctor and I feel this is the attitude of if they don’t like what you say they will cancel you

Dr. Berlin not only did an extraction for me today...but also did an extraction for me in 2008.. Both were painless... She is also a great conversationalist although you might not be able to talk

I’m so excited to go back to see Dr. Berlin! My son and I saw her for over 15 years and then we moved away. Im going to drive over an hour to go back. I’m so afraid of these new dentists and their unscrupulous behavior and charges!!! Dr. Berlin tells it like it is, fixes us and does her best to keep costs down. I actually like going to the dentist, Dr. Berlin. And she has a Dentist Barbie! ??

She is the nicest caring person ever. For pulling theeth if you have too she is the best. I never feel her doing it. She is great. I tell everyone i know about her.

Dr. Susan Berlin's been my primary dentist for close to 20 years. She is caring, compassionate, gentle, friendly and competent. Great sense of humor, too! Never fails to level with me if there's a problem and lets me know upfront what the cost would be to resolve it. She works well with my prosthodontist in letting him know if she believes there is a new problem in his area, accepts my insurance with a small copay. I would not hesitate to recommend her to someone searching for a great dentist!
